!project used some gimmick to refresh his page a crapload and get 1 million + page views -- which is terrible for the deviantart servers. So they banned both of his accounts, and knocked down ! project's page view counter to one -- ironic.
There was a forum thread where !project showed up and said "how many page views do you have? I have a bajillion" or something, and that's what got him caught ...
